Limited Liability Company (PT) Papua Doberai Mandiri or better known by the trademark Padomais a Regional-Owned Enterprise of the Province of West Papua – Indonesia, established based on the Regional Regulation of the Province of West Papua Number 12 of 2007, domiciled in West Papua and headquartered in Manokwari as the Capital City Province. The formation of Padoma according to the principle of autonomy with assistance tasks with the principle of autonomy as wide as possible in the system and principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The establishment of Padoma as stipulated in the Regional Regulation of West Papua Province is intended to control and manage potential natural resources including oil and gas both in upstream and downstream business activities as well as other supporting service activities, with the aim of ensuring the effectiveness and accountability of the implementation of the oil and gas business through a fair, healthy and transparent business mechanism; increase the capacity and capability of human resources in the fields of technology and management as well as increase regional income in a modern management manner with competent, professional and integrity control. To achieve the aims and objectives as intended, Padoma undertakes natural resource management, especially oil and gas, both upstream business activities, downstream businesses as well as service activities and other supporting services in West Papua Province in accordance with statutory provisions.
